LEADER Software, located in Raamsdonksveer (Netherlands), develops and maintains AutoDias; a Dealer Management System. This software is mainly used in the branch of truck maintenance companies and truck dealers.

The software has been developed to optimize the various processes and to establish an efficient flow on the shop floor.

Especially IVECO en MAN dealers use this software but also other truck maintenance companies make use of AutoDias.


The Leader Team consists of 6 experienced collegues who play an important role in meeting challenges with developing and implementing AutoDias.

Continuous development takes place, using the latest techniques for solving future challenges with our customers.


Increasing demand from the users of AutoDias for modern and advanced IT solutions, results in the need at LEADER Software for an extra developer.



  • Contributing at developing, updating and implementing AutoDias, among which:
  1. Mobile- and Web-oriented interface AutoDias
  2. Digital planning
  3. Digital work order
  4. Interfaces with importer/factory
  5. Document lay out and reporting tools with QuickPress and Birt
  • Designing platform for development, testing and acceptance

The developer should be able to communicate on a high level with the business consultant and the internal helpdesk to get a good view on current issues and problems at the user side.


  • A relevant (minimum Higher Vocational/HBO) education
  • Experience with JAVA, JavaScript,HTML,CSS,SQL
  • Some experience with Mobile development, Redmine, Tomcat, GIT, Angular, Birt, Scrum, Nativescript
  • Experience within small enterprises

Fluent in Dutch and English
